on 29 September 2005 from Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Ltd that
Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Ltd was interested in 10,870,388
Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company representing approximately 4.89% of
the Company's issued ordinary share capital as at 28 September 2005.
