The Company announces that Mark White, a non-executive Director of F&C Global Smaller Companies PLC since July 2007, will be retiring from the Board with effect from 12 February 2015 in order to pursue his other commitments.

The Board would like to thank Mr White for his significant contribution to the Company during his seven years of service and to wish him well for the future.
