The City Pub Group plc (AIM: CPC) announces that Clive Watson, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 10 November 2020 at an average price of £0.732 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Clive Watson is beneficially interested in 3,348,156 * Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.17 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

* Includes 273,593 Ordinary Shares held in the name of Clive Watson and DCD Trustees Ltd as Trustees of The Bar and Kitchen Pension Scheme
