The City Pub Group plc (AIM: CPC) announces that it has been notified that Emma Fox, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, today purchased 16,035 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 62.36 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Emma Fox is beneficially interested in 30,159 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
