The Company has been informed that Chief Executive Martyn Freeman today
purchased 100,000 shares in the Company and Finance Director Chris Musselle also
today purchased 150,000 in the Company, both at 2.5p per share.

Chris Musselle now holds 448,853 shares in Artisan, representing approximately
0.16% of the current issued ordinary share capital.

Martin Freeman now holds 304,000 shares in Artisan, representing approximately
0.11% of the current issued ordinary share capital.
