Supplementary Prospectus

Downing ONE VCT plc (the "Company") announces that it published a supplementary prospectus on 17 August 2015 in connection with the Offer for Subscription that opened on 12 December 2014 ("Supplementary Prospectus").

The Supplementary Prospectus is required following the announcement of proposed changes to the VCT Rules in the Finance Bill on 15 July 2015 and the publication of the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015 by Downing ONE VCT plc. 

The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available to view at the online viewing facility of the National Storage Mechanism at the following website address: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
