Aurum (Cayman) Limited (Obligor of TFG Sukuk I Limited) has requested the London Stock Exchange to cancel the admission to trading of the 10.5% certificates due 2024 from the International Securities Market ("Delisting"). Please note, the Delisting will be effective on close of business on 14 September 2023.
