The Company was informed today that on 17 April 2009, Addworth Plc
sold 2,900,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in Core ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 0.35 pence per Ordinary Share.  This sale
reduced Addworth Plc's holding to 13,648,380 Ordinary Shares,
representing 5.38% of Core's Ordinary Shares.
