Following a board meeting, Teather & Greenwood Holdings plc will announce
preliminary results for the year ended 30 April 2001 on Wednesday 27 June
2001.
There will be a presentation to analysts at 09.30 that morning at the
Company's office: Beaufort House, 15 St. Botolph Street, London EC3A 7QR.
