The Company announces that, on 12^th April 2018, it purchased into Treasury 150,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.2300 per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 6,524,394 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 271,394,559. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
