The Company announces that, on 9^th April 2018, it purchased into Treasury 63,200 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.2621 per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 6,152,994 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 271,765,959. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
