The Company announces that, on 1^st February 2018, it purchased into Treasury 200,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.9400 per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 2,465,721 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 275,453,232. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
