The Company announces that, on 20^th September 2017, it purchased into Treasury 15,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.6100 per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 302,500 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 277,616,453. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
