The Company was notified on 30 August 2005, that on 24 August 2005 Mr Keith
Stella transferred 7,500 ordinary shares of 5p each ('Ordinary Shares') into the
name of his wife. There is no change to Mr Stella's notifiable interest in the
Company's Ordinary Shares as a result of this transaction.
