Appointment of Company Secretary

Telecom plus PLC, (trading as the Utility Warehouse), which supplies a wide range of

utility services (gas, electricity, fixed line telephony, mobile telephony and broadband

internet) to both residential and business customers, is pleased to confirm that David Baxter has been appointed by the Board as Company Secretary, replacing Chris Houghton who remains the Company's Finance Director.

David, 34, joined Telecom plus from Rothschild, a London-based investment bank, as Head of Finance in June 2009.  David started his career at KPMG where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2000.
