TechFinancials Inc. (AQSE: TECH), is pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of shareholders of the Company will be held on Monday 18 December 2023, at 09:30 a.m. UK time, at the offices of Peterhouse Capital Limited, 3rd Floor, 80 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6EE.
