Director/PDMR Shareholding

TEAM plc (AIM: TEAM), the wealth, asset management and complementary financial services group, announces Mark Clubb , Executive Chairman, purchased 29,928 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 60.42 pence per share on 12 May 2022.

Following this purchase of shares and Mr Clubb's subscription as part of the fundraise announced on 12 May 2022, he now holds 3,733,746 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 16.99% of the Company's issued share capital.
