The Company today received notification from AXA Investment Managers UK Limited
that, as at 5 May 2006, AXA S.A. and its Group Companies have a notifiable
interest in 5,518,181 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares'),
representing approximately 13.82% of the Company's issued ordinary shares. This
interest comprises a beneficial interest of 70,200 Shares (0.18%) and a
non-beneficial interest of 5,447,981 Shares (13.64%).
