                             Directors' Shareholding

The Company has today received notification that Mr. R Campbell, newly appointed 
Non-Executive Director, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the 
Company ('Shares') at 186p per Share on 8th January 2008. Following this
transaction Mr. Campbell is interested in 5,000 Shares, representing
approximately 0.0125% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
