Notification of Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2022 Preliminary Financial Results

TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that its preliminary unaudited consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and the full year 2022 will be published on Wednesday, 22 February 2023. 

The management team will host a conference call on the day at 2.00 pm GMT to discuss the results. Full details of the event will be published in due course. The financial results report and investor presentation will be made available at 7.00 am GMT on Wednesday, 22 February 2023 on our website at www.tbcbankgroup.com .

In addition, the management team will provide a live presentation on Thursday, 23 February 2023 at 1.00 pm GMT via the Investor Meet Company platform. The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9.00 am GMT the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
