ordinary shares of 25p each on the London Stock Exchange.

Taylor Wimpey plc intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.



Following the purchase of these shares, Taylor Wimpey plc holds 50,935,734 of
its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,107,347,673 ordinary shares in issue
(excluding treasury shares).
