Further to the announcement made by Taylor Wimpey plc ("the Company") on 24 May 2010 which confirmed that Kevin Beeston had acquired 300,000 ordinary shares, the Company announces that Kevin has today acquired a further 158,077 ordinary shares at 31.63p each. As previously announced, Kevin will join the Company as Chairman with effect from 1st July 2010.
