Holdings in Company - Amendment

Taylor Woodrow plc (the 'Company') confirms that RNS announcement number 5248T,
made on 22 March 2007, should be replaced with this market announcement.

Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited have now advised the Company that the
disclosure of their purchase of 17,636,759 25p ordinary shares ('Shares') on 19
March 2007 was incorrect and that no such purchase took place.

The holding of Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited and Credit Suisse
International remains at 18,700,238 Shares, representing 3.21% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.

The percentage is calculated on the issued ordinary share capital, net of
12,233,049 Treasury shares, of 581,917,049.
