As previously advised, Graeme McCallum retired on 16 January 2007 from all of
his appointments with the Taylor Woodrow Group, including his directorship of
Taylor Woodrow plc.

The Group records its thanks to Graeme for his valued service over the past
three years and wishes him well in his retirement.
