Kevin Beeston, Chairman and Sheryl Palmer, Director, President & CEO of Taylor Morrison, acquire further shares

In accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.2 Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company") was notified on 29 November 2010 that, Kevin Beeston, Chairman, and Sheryl Palmer, Director, President & CEO of Taylor Morrison, acquired, respectively, 200,000 Ordinary Shares (0.006% of the Company's issued share capital), and 127,934 Ordinary Shares (0.004% of the Company's issued share capital) in the Company. All the Ordinary Shares were purchased at a price of 25.083 pence per share in London, on 29 November 2010.

Following the above purchases, the total number of Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each of the Company held by Kevin Beeston and Sheryl Palmer are as follows:
