comeleon plc (the 'Company')

The Company was notified on 15 December 2000 that as at that date Edinburgh
Fund Managers Group plc had a notifiable interest in 1,484,849 ordinary shares
of 1p each in the Company representing 11.73 per cent. of the issued share
capital of that class. The Company was also notified on the 15 December 2000
that as at that date Edinburgh Small Companies Trust plc had a notifiable
interest in 969,696 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing
7.66 per cent. of the issued share capital of that class.
