                             DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company was notified today that Tim Robinson, a Director of the Company,
yesterday purchased 6,187 ordinary 10p shares at a market price of 80 pence per
share.  Mr Robinson now has an interest in 6,187 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 0.23 per cent. of the current issued share capital.

The Company was also notified today that Kevin Murtagh, a Director of the
Company, yesterday purchased 6,187 ordinary 10p shares at a market price of 80
pence per share.  Mr Murtagh now has an interest in 6,187 ordinary shares in the
Company representing 0.23 per cent. of the current issued share capital.
