Systemair acquires sales company Menerga GmbH i...

Systemair (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: SYSR) has signed an agreement to acquire Menerga GmbH in Austria who are a Menerga distributor.

The company had a turnover of SEK 20 million in 2012 and is headquartered in Salzburg with 10 employees. The company market Menerga products and handle the service of these installations.
