RETIREMENT AND APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS


Yule Catto & Co plc announces that Raja M Alias has retired from his position as
a non-executive director of the Company and Dato' Lee Hau Hian has been
appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from today.


Dato' Lee Hau Hian ceases to be an alternate director for Dato' Lee Oi Hian with
immediate effect.
