Director/PDMR Shareholding

Sintana Energy, Inc (TSXV:SEI, AIM:SEI, OTCQX:SEUSF), announces that between the 6th and the 12^th of March 2026, Charlestown Energy Partners LLC a private company that Robert Bose, CEO of Sintana, is a minority, beneficial owner of and also the managing member of, sold a total of 1,497,500 Common Shares in the Company (the "Shares") at an average price of $0.387 US dollars per Share for total proceeds of $579,532 US dollars. Charlestown Energy Partners LLC now holds 23,173,412 shares of Sintana, representing approximately 4.5 per cent of the share capital of the Company.

Additionally, Mr. Bose holds the legal and beneficial title in 1,402,334 Common Shares directly, 416,666 Common Shares held by CP Sintana LLC and 250,000 Common Shares held by Kuromatsu LLC.
