Synstar Plc will announce preliminary results for the 12 months ended 30
September 2000, on 4 December 2000.

Synstar is a leading independent provider of IT services to around 2,500 blue
chip customers throughout 13 Western European countries and is currently the
12th largest service provider in Europe. 

There will be a presentation made to analysts on the day. The details are:
