JD Sports Fashion Plc (the "Company")

Notification and Public Disclosure of a Transaction by a Director/Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The Company was notified that on 24 March 2026, Prama Bhatt (Non-Executive Director), purchased a total of 30,000 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company at an average price of £0.684 pence per ordinary share as set out below.

The shares were purchased in US Dollars and have been converted into Sterling for the purposes of this announcement using the exchange rate provided by the Bank of England as of 24 March 2026.

Following this acquisition, Prama Bhatt has a total interest in 30,000 shares, representing 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
