Synstar Plc received notification on 25 September 2000 that Fidelity
International Limited (FIL) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries is now
interested in 6,552,520 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company.  This
represents 4.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
