Posting of Annual Report, AGM Notice and Total Voting Rights

Synectics plc, (AIM: SNX), a leader in the design, integration, control and management of advanced surveillance technology and networked security systems, announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 November 2012, together with the notice of Annual General Meeting, to be held at the offices of Westhouse Securities Limited, 12th Floor, One Angel Court, London EC2R 7HJ at 11.00am on 1 May 2013, have been posted to shareholders.

Exercise of options

In addition, the Company announces that, application has been made for the admission ("Admission") to trading on AIM of 10,000 new ordinary shares of 20p each ("Shares"), pursuant to an exercise of options. Dealings are expected to commence on 2 April 2013.

Following Admission, the Company shall have 17,581,488 Shares in issue, each with voting rights, which figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The Company does not hold any Shares in Treasury.
