Synchronica plc, (AIM: SYNC.LN), the mobile synchronisation and device
management company, announces that Mr. David Wickham, a non executive director
and previously Chairman, has retired as a director of the Company with immediate
effect. Mr. Wickham indicated that his resignation was to allow him to allocate
more time to his other business interests.
