Notification of transaction by a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") with a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

The Company announces that it has been notified that Rebecca Williams, a Person Closely Associated with a Non-Executive Director of the Company, Ed Williams, has transferred 972,326 ordinary shares of 1 pence each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from her existing nominee account provider to a new nominee account provider for nil consideration, as described in more detail below.

Following the transfer, the shareholding of Ed Williams and Persons Closely Associated with him remains unchanged.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation. The notification of dealing form can be found below.
