Listing date for TSX Venture Exchange

Synchronica plc ("Synchronica"), the international provider of next-generation mobile messaging services, announces that its ordinary shares (the "Shares") have been accepted for listing on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV"). Trading in the Company's Shares will commence today, 22^nd September 2010, when markets open in Toronto. This is a key step the Company has completed in the context of acquiring competitor iseemedia Inc.

Commenting on the listing, Carsten Brinkschulte, CEO of Synchronica, said: "We are delighted to add the TSXV listing to our AIM listing.
