                         Extraordinary General Meeting



The Company announces that at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company 
held earlier today, both resolutions were unanimously passed.

At today's meeting a statement was read by the Deputy Chairman, Michael Stephen, 
announcing that the Directors had all agreed to a higher exercise price of 
4.5 pence per share in relation to the 10,000,000 share options granted to the 
Directors as announced on 26 November 2007.
