                              HOLDINGS IN COMPANY

The Company was notified on 4 December 2007 by Hunter Hall Investment Management 
Limited ('Hunter Hall') that they have an interest in 5,036,217 of the Company's 
ordinary shares representing 5.89 per cent. of the issued ordinary share 
capital of the Company.

Together with the 7,000,000 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the placing 
announced on 4 December 2007 Hunter Hall now has an aggregate interest in 
12,036,217 ordinary shares representing 14.08% of the enlarged issued share 
capital.
