                              Directorate Changes

Silentpoint is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr Smit Berry, aged 32,
to the Board of the Company as Chief Executive with immediate effect. He is
currently a director of Equitylink Limited, Legendary Investments plc, Knowledge
Technology Solutions plc and Berrymist Limited and during the past five years
was a director of Sharepages.com Limited. He has confirmed that there is no
further information required to be disclosed under Schedule 2(f) of the AIM
Rules.

Smit Berry has a total beneficial interest in the Company of 2,099,999 ordinary
shares, representing 11.99 per cent. of the issued share capital of Silentpoint.

Mr David Rogers steps down today as Chief Executive to pursue his other business
interests. The Board would like to thank David for his contribution to
Silentpoint since its flotation.

Haresh Kanabar, Chairman of Silentpoint, said 'I am delighted to welcome Smit as
Chief Executive. He has the necessary breadth of experience to assist the Board
in seeking a long term business that we can develop in the future.'
