Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs').

On 16 March 2026, the following ordinary shares in Spirax Group plc (the "Company") were acquired by the following PDMRs within the Company, as a result of the vesting of awards under the following share plans;

·    Company PSP 2015 awarded in 2023

·    Company PSP 2023 awarded in 2024 (Louisa Burdett was granted a share award, under the Company PSP 2023, to compensate her for remuneration forfeited with her previous employer when she joined the Company in 2024)

Of the shares that vested, a portion was sold automatically to cover tax liabilities, with the balance retained by the PDMR or sold, as set out in the table below;
