Sutton Harbour Holdings plc announces that on 6th February 2003, Plymouth City
Council gave planning permission for 41,000 sq feet of residential and
commercial accommodation, the first stage of the Harbour East development, as
referred to in the Chairman's statement on the 27th November 2002.
