Disposal and Trading Update

The Company reports that on 30 September 2008 a transaction was completed whereby its beneficial interest in its NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) investments was sold for £2.75m cash. NHS LIFT is a Public Private Partnership delivering primary healthcare infrastructure.

In addition, the Company confirms that results for the half year ended 30 September 2008 and for the year ending 31st March 2008 remain consistent with expectations at the time of the Company's AGM in July.
