SuperGroup announces that Minnow Powell, a non-executive director of the Company, resigned as a non-executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of TUI Travel plc on 11 December 2014 and joined the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of TUI AG on the same day following the merger of TUI Travel Plc with TUI AG.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14.
