                              Exercise of Warrants

Sunrise Diamonds plc (the 'Company') announces that it has received applications
to exercise 220,000 warrants, at an exercise price of 3p per share.

These shares will be issued and allotted and will rank pari passu with the 
existing Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in the Company. Trading of these shares 
on AIM is expected to commence on 12 June 2006.

The total number of shares in issue following this exercise of warrants will be 
97,655,278.
