Pursuant to Rule 17, Schedule Five of the AIM Rules, the Company has today been
notified that Fidecs Nominees Limited ('Fidecs') has transferred 133,333
ordinary shares to one of its underlying holders.



Following this transactions, Fidecs Nominees Limited is interested in 5,445,667
ordinary 0.1p shares representing 15.47 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
