Notice of Annual General Meeting

On Thursday  12 November  2009, the  Company mailed  to  Shareholders
copies of the 2009 annual report and notice of annual general meeting
to be held at 3.00 pm on Monday 14 December 2008 at St  Ethelburga's,
Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4AG.

Copies of the report and financial statements will be available for a
period of  one month  from the  Company Secretary  at the  registered
office:
