Notification of Listed Options Expiry

Range notifies holders of the Company's 80,508,341 Listed Options (RRSO) (Options) that the Options will expire at 5.00pm WST on 31 January 2016 (Expiry Date).

The following information is provided as required by item 6.1 of appendix 6A of the ASX Listing Rules:

·     Each Option entitles the Option holder to apply for one fully paid ordinary share in the capital of the Company

·     The exercise price for each Option is AU$0.05 per Option

·     If the Options are exercised, payment would be required with cleared funds prior to 31 January 2016

·     If the Options are not exercised prior to the Expiry Date, those Options will lapse and there is no further right or entitlement to those Options

·     Official quotation of the Options will cease on 21 January 2016, being five business days before the Expiry Date

·     The last available closing price of the listed shares in the Company prior to the date of this announcement was AU$0.006

·     The highest and lowest market sale price of the Company's shares on ASX during the 3 months immediately preceding the date of this announcement and the respective dates of those sales were:

o  Highest: AU$0.012 on 14-19, 23,29 and 30 October 2015

o  Lowest: AU$0.006 on 4-11 January 2016

·     The exercise of the Options is not underwritten.
