Exercise of Options

Stagecoach Theatre Arts (AIM: STA) announces that, today, the Company applied
for 30,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to AIM.
These shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options by Richard
Dawson, Finance Director, on 5 May 2009, at an exercise price of 32.5 pence per
share.  Admission of these shares is expected to take place on 15 May 2009.

Following the exercise of these options, the resultant shareholding of Richard
Dawson will be 167,812 Ordinary Shares, being 1.69 per cent. of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
