Director's dealing

Stagecoach Theatre Arts (AIM: STA) has been notified that Stephanie Manuel,
joint managing director of the Company, transferred 86,785 ordinary shares of 5p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to her Self Invested Personal Pension
(in the name of Dentons SIPP S Manuel) on 31 January 2007. The transfer price
was 63.375p per Ordinary Share.

However, following this transaction, Ms Manuel's beneficial holding in the
Company remains unchanged at 3,007,700 Ordinary Shares representing 30.44 per
cent. of the issued share capital of Stagecoach Theatre Arts.
